What is the Strategies Topic?

The Strategies topic helps students develop systematic approaches to solving multi-step PSLE Math problem sums. Instead of focusing on a specific mathematical topic, it teaches students how to recognise question patterns, identify the relationships between quantities, recognise the underlying problem-solving concepts, choose the most appropriate solving technique, and determine the value of one unit before completing the solution.
